Berg & Company LLP was formed by Michael C. Berg in 1986 to provide accounting
tax and litigaton support services. Michael is a licensed CPA in California and New
York and has worked with both public and private companies. He was a founding
partner of PMB Helin Donovan, a full service CPA firm with offices in California,
Washington and Texas.
Michael's experience includes the forensic examination of plaintiffs and defendants involved in civil litigation and he served as an expert witness in court, arbitration and mediation and has assisted in cases on appeal.
